Yanceyville, NC – It is with profound sorrow we announce the death of Mr. David Walker 65, of 644 Main St. Yanceyville, NC, who passed away Wednesday May 22, 2019 at his residence.
He was a native of Caswell County, NC, born March 10, 1954 to the late Annie Walker. He was raised by the late Roy H. Gwynn and Helen Walker Gwynn. He joined Mineral Springs Baptist Church at an early age.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Vanessa Malone Walker and one sister, Kedra Walker.
His survivors are one daughter, Michaelle W. Oliver ( Michael ) of Yanceyville, NC; one sister, Gloria Gywnn Holston ( JB ) of Pelham, NC; two brothers, Ivory Walker and Alphonso Walker both of Danville, Va.; two grandsons, Michael Lee Oliver III and Miles Oliver; sisters-in-law; brothers-in-law; nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends.
