Obituary
Yanceyville, NC - It is with profound sorrow that we announce the death of Mr. Clifton Rogers, age 66, of 1086 Main Street, Yanceyville, NC, who passed away on Saturday, March 26, 2022, at Cone Health Alamance Regional Medical Center in Burlington, NC.
Clifton was born in Alamance County, North Carolina on June 20, 1955, to the late Willie Wilmon Rogers and Alvis Louise Parker Rogers.
Clifton attended the Alamance County Public School Systems.
Clifton was a veteran of the US Army, and after his honorable discharge, he became a plumber.
In addition to his parents, Clifton was preceded in death by his three sisters, Glenda Rogers, Priscilla Lickers, and Kay Day; one brother, Wesley Rogers.
Mr. Clifton Rogers left behind to honor his memories to his beloved sister, Alma Nelson of Burlington, North Carolina; and his cherished friends.
Due to the constraints of public gatherings during the COVID-19 outbreak:
A viewing for Mr. Clifton Rogers will be Thursday, March 31, 2022; from 4 p.m. to 7p.m. in the John & Juanita S. Fulton Memorial Chapel of Fulton-Walton Funeral Home.
Graveside Services and Military Rites for Mr. Clifton Rogers will be Friday, April 01, 2022; 1p.m at North Lawn Cemetery in Burlington, NC.
(Facial Masks are required at all services).
