Raleigh, NC - It is with profound sorrow that we announce the death of Mr. Clifton Leon Goods of 509 Glenwood Ave. Raleigh, NC. Formerly of Alton, VA., he passed away on Thursday, September 9, 2022; at Duke Raleigh Hospital, in Raleigh, NC.

Clifton was a native of Alton, VA. and the son of the late Henry Clifton Goods and Faydean Smith Goods, born March 10, 1952; in Person County, NC.

In addition to his parents, Clifton was preceded in death by three brothers, Dallas Goods, Ronnie Goods, and Benjamin Goods.

Mr. Clifton Leon Goods leaves to cherish his beloved memories to his two brothers, Charles Goods of Danville, VA., and Dennis Goods (Patricia) of Alton, VA.; four sisters, Sylvia Goods Johnson (Ray), Deannia Roundtree (Lenard) all of Florida, Sharon Dixon, and Carolyn Damptey both of Dallas, Texas; a host of nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends.

A viewing and visitation for Mr. Clifton Leon Goods will be Saturday, September 24, 2022; from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Christian Apostolic Holiness Church 5445 McGhee Mill Rd. Semora, NC

Funeral service for Mr. Clifton Leon Goods will be Saturday, September 24, 2022; 11:00 AM at Christian Apostolic Holiness Church, 5445 McGhee Mill Rd., Semora, NC. Bishop William Black will deliver the words of comfort. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
