Mebane, NC - Curtis Leon Jeffries was born to the late George T. Jeffries and Flossie Corbett. God sent the angels to transport him to his heavenly home on Wednesday, January 10, 2024.
He attended school in Washington, DC; and Curtis was baptized at Sweet Gum Grove Baptist Church at an early age.
Curtis loved working in his neighbor’s yard until he was unable to walk well.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents: Elbert and Betty Corbett, and his paternal grandparents: George and Selena Jeffries.
Curtis leaves to cherish his memories to his mother, Flossie Corbett of Danville, VA.; two brothers, Kelvin Jeffries of Washington, DC and Warner Lea of Rowland, NC; one sister, Dierdre Chaney of Danville, VA.; one nephew, Terrence Henderson and one niece, Simone Henderson both of Danville, VA.; three uncles; five aunts; and a host of cousins, and friends.
A Public viewing for Mr. Curtis Leon Jeffries will be Monday, January 15, 2024; from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the John and Juanita S. Fulton Memorial Chapel of Fulton-Walton Funeral Home.
Family visitation for Mr. Curtis Leon Jeffries will be Monday, January 15, 2024; from 5:00 pm. to 6:30 p.m. in the John and Juanita S. Fulton Memorial Chapel of Fulton-Walton Funeral Home.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
