Blanch, NC - It is with profound sorrow we announce the death of Mr. Desmond Japrael Stephens 23, of  2705 High Rock School Rd. Blanch, NC, who passed away Tuesday, April 30, 2019.

He was the son of Tina Stephens and the late Willie White, born September 16, 1995 in Chapel Hill, NC. He was a graduate of Bartlett Yancey High School class of 2014 and he was an employee of Kings Machine in Yanceyville, NC.

He was a member of Cornerstone Ministry in Burlington, NC.

His survivors are his mother, Tina Stephens of Blanch, NC; four sisters, Juniya Stephens and Juhtayah Stephens both of Blanch, NC Tiahna Thomas of Raleigh, NC and Tasia Saunders of Danville, Va; grandparents, Larry and Mae Stephens of Blanch, NC, Margaret White of Danville, Va.; two uncles, Don Fitzgerald ( Lady ) of Milton, NC and Keith Stephens ( Tameka ) of Burlington, NC; special aunt, Tempest Stephens;  other aunts; uncles; a host of other relatives and friends.
