Yanceyville, NC - Ms. Gladys Lee McCaden 66, of 583 Main Street, Apartment 10B, in Yanceyville North Carolina, transitioned from this life on Sunday, March 07, 2021 at the Brian Center Health & Rehabilitation Facility, in Yanceyville, North Carolina after an illness.
Gladys was the daughter of the late Tony and Annie Bell McCaden born on April 14, 1954, in Caswell County, North Carolina.
Gladys attended school at Bartlett Yancey High School in Yanceyville, North Carolina. She was very loveable and bubbly person, so it was understandable that Gladys never met a stranger. Gladys favorite past-times were cooking, eating, and watching mystery shows.
Gladys was employed with Glenn Raven Mills in Burlington, North Carolina for many years. She was also faithful employee of New Beginnings in Yanceyville, North Carolina until her health declined.
In addition to her parents Ms. Gladys was preceded in death by her sister, Joyce Southern, and her brother Leonza Graves.
Ms. Gladys Lee McCaden leaves her cherished memories to her son, who was the light of her life, Damien McCaden (wife Juanita), and grandson, Xavier of Roxboro, North Carolina; one sister, Delois Henderson (David) of Blanch, North Carolina; one sister-in-law, Ollie Graves of Yanceyville, North Carolina; a daughter, Veronica Miller of Flint, Michigan; James Lipscomb, and Malcolm Crisco who were like sons both of Yanceyville, North Carolina; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and a multitude of cherished friends.
Due to the constraints of public gatherings during the COVID-19 outbreak a viewing will be Friday, March 12, 2021 from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the Juanita S. Fulton Memorial Chapel of Fulton-Walton Funeral Home with a limit of 10 people at a time.

Funeral Services for Gladys Lee McCaden will be Saturday, March 13, 2021, 2:00 p. m. in the Juanita S. Fulton Memorial Chapel of Fulton-Walton Funeral Home.
