Hazel Allen Noble

Yanceyville, NC - It is with profound sorrow that we announce the death of Ms. Hazel Allen Noble of 1525 Main Street, Apartment 119, in Yanceyville, NC, who passed away on Friday, October 14, 2022; at White Oak Manor, in Burlington, NC.

She was a native of Caswell County, NC the daughter of the late Herman Allen and Florine Wilson Allen, born November 16, 1933. She was a member of River Zion Baptist Church, where she was mother of the church,  Deaconess, a member of the senior choir, and missionary circle. She  also sung in the Sassafras Groves Baptist Church choir for years.

She was an employee in the Canteen at Goodyear in Danville, VA., before retirement.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Phillip Noble; four brothers, James Allen, Edwin Allen, Oscar Allen, Harvey Lewis Allen; three sisters, Louise Sweat, Frances Bynum and Doris McCulley.

Her survivors are one daughter, Belinda Noble Elliott of Yanceyville, NC; two sons, Elder Larry Noble ( Dorothy ) of Blairs, Va., and Rev. Anthony Noble ( Cynthia ) of Danville, VA.; three sisters, Sadie Gwynn of Providence, NC, Apostle Peggy Gibson ( Jessie ) of Upper Marlboro, MD, and Margie Chandler of Washington, DC; 11 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends.

A viewing will be Friday, October 21, 2022 from 2 to 7 pm in the John & Juanita S. Fulton Memorial Chapel of Fulton- Walton Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be Saturday, October 22, 2022 12 Noon with family arriving at 11:30 AM at River Zion Missionary Baptist Church. Pastor Alvis Alston will deliver the words of comfort. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
