Jackie Lipscomb Henderson

Yanceyville, NC - It is with profound sorrow we announce the death of Ms. Jackie Nona Lipscomb Henderson 64, of 1941 Old Hwy 86 N. who passed away Sunday, May 24, 2020 in the Hospice Home of Rockingham County, Wentworth, NC.

She was a native of Caswell County, NC, the daughter of the late John Lewis Lipscomb and Elizabeth Ann Long Lipscomb, born March 9, 1956.

She was a graduate of Bartlett Yancey Senior High School Class of 1975.

Jackie was a member of Hamer Baptist Church and was an employee of Caswell House Nursing Facility.

She was preceded in death by three brothers, John Wayne Lipscomb, Frank Douglas Lipscomb and Michael Donnell Lipscomb; three sisters, Hope Lipscomb, Mary Arthur Lipscomb, and Katherine L. Jones.

Her survivors are two sons, Michael Henderson (Tewanda) and Larry Henderson all of Yanceyville, NC; one brother, Jerry Lipscomb of Blanch, NC; four sisters, Elizabeth (Patsy) Lipscomb and Sandra K. Poteat (Malcolm) all of Blanch, NC, Carolyn Ann Lipscomb of Yanceyville, NC and Nancy Williams of Burlington, NC; three grandchildren, Jazmyne Henderson, Ta'kyra Henderson and Mekhi Bowman; brothers-in-law; nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends.

*Due to the constraints of public gatherings during the COVID-19 outbreak a viewing will be held on Friday , May 29, 2020 from 2:00 pm  to 8:00 pm in the Juanita S. Fulton Memorial Chapel of Fulton-Walton Funeral Home with a limit of 10 people at a time. Please remember to follow CDC guidelines with everyone wearing protective gloves and masks. * Masks are required to enter the building.

 Graveside Service will be Saturday, May 30, 2020 11:00 am in Hamer Baptist Church Cemetery.
