Larry L. Evans

Martinsville, VA. - It is with profound sorrow we announce the death of Mr. Larry Louis Evans  of 1607 Spruce St. Martinsville, VA., who passed away Monday, March 8, 2021 in the Sovah Health in Martinsville, VA.

Larry was the son of the late Willie Hense Evans and Hattie Mae Lownes Evans born on March 27, 1955 in Caswell County, North Carolina.

Larry was a member of the Providence Baptist Church, Yanceyville North Carolina.

In addition to his parents Larry was preceded in death by two brothers; Willie Thomas Evans and Anthony Evans; two sisters; Linda Kay Evans and Mary Ann Jackson.

His survivors are two brothers; Alexander Evans of Royal Palm Beach, Florida and Ron Evans of Maryville, California; three sisters Pharlina Jones and Lana Delois McBroom both of Greensboro, North Carolina, Shirley Mae Evans of Yanceyville, North Carolina and a special sister-in-law Marion Evans of Yanceyville, North Carolina and a host of other relatives and friends.

Due to the constraints of public gatherings during the COVID-19 outbreak a viewing will be Saturday, March 13, 2021 from 4 p.m. to 7 p. m. in the Juanita S. Fulton Memorial Chapel of Fulton-Walton Funeral Home with a limit of 10 people at a time.

Graveside services will be Sunday, March 14, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. Providence Baptist Church Cemetery, Yanceyville, North Carolina.
