Milton, NC - It is with profound sorrow that we announce the death of Mr. Malcolm Leroy Stewart of 3552 NC Hwy 57 Milton, NC, who passed away Thursday, October 6, 2022; at his residence.
Malcolm was a native of Caswell County, NC; where he was born on June 20, 1959; to the late Shirley Francis Stewart Hamlett.
Malcolm was a member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Semora, NC; where he was a member of the male chorus.
Malcolm was an employee at CNA in Roxboro, NC.
In addition to his mother, Malcolm was preceded in death by his grandmother, Mable Stewart who raised him.
Mr. Malcolm Leroy Stewart leaves to cherish his memories to his wife, Rita Lipscomb Stewart of the home; one son, Tarrence Rahmere Stewart of Roxboro, NC; stepson, Patrick Stephens (Cee Cee) of Blanch, NC; five brothers, Thomas Stewart of Roxboro, NC, Melvin Stewart (Linda) of Yanceyville, NC, Bishop Daryl Hamlett (Jackie) of Roxboro, NC, Sherman Stewart of Roxboro, NC and Edgar Stewart of Roxboro, NC; four sisters, Judith White of Baltimore, MD, Queen Stewart of Semora, NC, Charletter Mack (Robert) of Milton, NC and Zenoba Stephens of Maryland; four aunts, Leona Brandon, Marylene McCain, Janine Stewart, and Sherby Stewart all of Semora, NC; one uncle, Earl Stewart (Rejoice) of Baltimore, MD; sisters-in-law, Carolyn Foster (Terry), Sheila Breedlove (Samuel), Billie Graves (Carl), Cynthia Brown (George) and Nikki Lipscomb (Kim); three grandchildren, Taniyah LeShea Stewart, TaLiyah Nevaeh Stewart and Kaleb Stephens; and a host of nieces; nephews; other relatives, and friends.
A viewing for Mr. Malcolm Leroy Stewart will be Monday, October 10, 2022; from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the John and Juanita S. Fulton Memorial Chapel of Fulton-Walton Funeral Home.
Funeral Services for Mr. Malcolm Leroy Stewart will be Tuesday, October 11, 2022; at 1:00 p.m. at Mt. Olive Baptist Church, where Pastor PD Medley will deliver the words of comfort. Interment will follow in the Mt. Olive Baptist Church Cemetery in Semora, North Carolina.
