Marie Moore Johnson

Danville, Va. -  It is with profound sorrow we announce the death of Mrs. Marie Moore Johnson of 1215 Rosemary Ln. Danville, Va., who passed away Tuesday, March 10, 2020 in the Sovah Health, Danville, Va.

She was a native of Caswell County, NC, the daughter of the late Willie Moore and Mary Jennie Totten Moore, born December 5, 1940. She was a member of Blackwell Missionary Baptist Church and was a  child Daycare provider before retirement.

She was married Earl Johnson who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by three brothers, Curtis Moore, Raymond Moore and Earl Mitchell; three sisters, Mary Eliza Moore, Bernice Long and Rosa Pearl Overby.

Her survivors are two brothers, David Moore of Greensboro, NC and Clifton Moore of Yanceyville, NC; one sister, Gwendolyn Moore Graves ( Henry ) of Yanceyville, NC; special friend,

Johnny Motley of Danville, Va.; nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends.
