Mr. Jackie Cobb

Reidsville, NC - It is with profound sorrow we announce the death of Mr. Jackie Cobb of 552 NC Highway 87, Reidsville, NC, who passed away Friday, March 22, 2024, at his residence.

Jackie was born August 19, 1952, in Rockingham County, NC to the late Eugene Cobb and Bessie Slade Cobb.

Jackie served in the United States Army, and he was previously employed by K-Mart in Reidsville, NC.

In addition to his wife, Ida Hockaday Cobb, and his parents, Jackie was preceded in death by one brother, Terry Cobb.

Mr. Jackie Cobb leaves to cherish his memories: stepson, Donnie Martin of Eden, NC; five brothers, Richard Cobb of Syracuse, NY; Donnie Cobb (Lee Lee) and Gregory Cobb, both of Reidsville, NC; David Cobb and Calvin Cobb, both of Burlington, NC; three sisters, Brenda Madkins and Shirley Johnson, both of Reidsville, NC; Debra Mack (Jimmy) of Pleasant Garden, NC; devoted sister-in-law, Lilia Hockaday; friend Jimmy Lee Weatherford; and other relatives and friends.

Public viewing will be Thursday, March 28, 2024; from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Cornerstone Christian Center Reidsville, NC

Funeral services for Mr. Jackie Cobb will be conducted Friday, March 29, 2024, 2:00 PM at Cornerstone Christian Center.

Interment will be in the Salisbury National Cemetery, Salisbury, NC.
