Mr. Jerry Levon "Shortie" Fuller

It is with profound sorrow we announce the death of Mr. Jerry Levon "Shortie" Fuller, age 69, of 396 Dillard School Dr. Apt A.  He passed away Wednesday, November 20, 2024, at his residence.

Born on June 23, 1955, in Caswell County, North Carolina, Jerry was the beloved son of the late Thie Currie Fuller and Madeline Briggs. He received his early education in the Caswell County Public Schools, laying the foundation for a life defined by dedication, service, and a strong sense of humor.

Jerry served three years in the United States Army, attaining the rank of Private First Class (E3).  In the years that followed, Jerry built a career of more than 20 years at the Durham VA Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina.

In addition to his parents, Jerry was preceded in death by his brother, Rudolph Currie Fuller, and two sisters, Brenda Kaye Fuller and Zesta Ann Fuller.

He leaves behind an enduring legacy, including his loving daughter, Jacklyn Montgomery (Mark); granddaughter, Talisha Wilson; grandson, Tarey Wilson, Jr.; great-grandchild, Karmeon Wilson; sisters, Evangelist Sherba McLean (Artise), Linda Fuller, Rhonda Fuller, Elssa Melvin (Robert), Kimberly Jones (Kevin); brothers, Donnie Fuller (Minister Shelia), Ronnie Fuller, Gary Fuller, Randall Fuller (Cheryl), as well as a host of aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear friends.

A family visitation & viewing for Mr. Jerry Levon Fuller will be on Monday, November 25, 2024 from 12 noon to 1:00 pm. in  the John and Juanita S. Fulton Memorial Chapel of Fulton-Walton Funeral Home.

Funeral services for Mr. Jerry Levon Fuller will be conducted Monday, November 25, 2024 1:00 pm  in the John and Juanita S. Fulton Memorial Chapel of Fulton-Walton Funeral Home.

Interment will be in the Salisbury National Cemetery 9:00 am on Monday, December 2, 2024.
