Mr. Tevis George

Yanceyville, NC - It is with profound sorrow we announce the death of Mr. Tevis George 33, of 136 Williamson Dr. Yanceyville, NC who passed away Wednesday, February 7, 2024.

He was the son of Denita George born March 26, 1990, in Chapel Hill, NC.  Tevis attended Piedmont Community College and was a former employee of McDonalds in Yanceyville, NC.

He was a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church in Providence, NC.

Tevis survivors are mother, Denita George of Milton, NC; two brothers, Bobby Wilson of Milton, NC and Terry Richmond Jr. of Richmond, Va.; two sisters, Monica McAllister and Morgan McCaden of Semora, NC; grandmothers, Dorothy Totten of Blanch and Addie Currie of Leasburg, NC; grandfather, Howard Glenn Oliver of Yanceyville, NC; Honorary grandmother, Sharon Southern of Yanceyville, NC; aunts, Desma George,  and Tina Oliver of Yanceyville, NC; two nieces, Miracle Meadows (Meatball) and Mya Hayes; special friend, Peaches Scott; a host of other relatives and friends.

A viewing for Mr. Tevis George will be Friday, February 23, 2024, 2pm to 7pm in the John & Juanita S. Fulton Memorial Chapel of Fulton-Walton Funeral Home.

Funeral service for Mr. Tevis George will be Saturday, February 24, 2024, 2:00 PM in the John & Juanita S. Fulton Memorial Chapel of Fulton-Walton Funeral Home. Interment will be in the George Family Cemetery, George Rd. Havelock, NC on Monday, February 26, 2024, 1:00 PM.
