Mrs. Lateisha Singleton Garland

Burlington, NC - It is with profound sorrow that we announce the death of Mrs. Lateisha S. Garland age 43 of 204 Chapel Hill Road Burlington, NC, who passed away Monday, December 08, 2025, at her residence.

Lateisha, the beloved daughter of Deborah McClary Singelton and the late Marvin Singleton, was born on August 23, 1982, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

She received her education through the Rockingham County public schools, and she received her GED at Rockingham Community College in Wentworth, North Carolina. She continued her education at PCA in Pennsylvania, where she received her Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and her Medical Technology (Med Tech) certifications.

Shortly afterwards, Lateisha started her career at Liberty Commons Nursing & Rehabilitation Center of Alamance County in Burlington, North Carolina. Lateisha found her greatest happiness with her family, particularly her children. In her free time, she liked to travel, especially to the mountains.

Mrs. Lateisha S. Garland leaves to cherish her memories with her devoted husband Brandon Garland of the home; her daughter Josalin Garland and her two sons Kyleaf Kosah, and Quintavious Garland all of Eden, North Carolina; her sister Shamika Singleton and her brother Marvin Singleton Jr. both of Eden, North Carolina; and a host of nieces, nephews, other loving relatives, and many cherished friends.

A Visitation-Viewing for Mrs. Lateisha S. Garland will be on Friday, December 19, 2025; from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Fulton-Walton Memorial Eden Chapel; 417 Price Street, Eden, NC.
