Eden, NC - It is with profound sorrow that we announce the death of Mrs. Patricia Chaney Wilson age 67, of 151 McDaniel Road, Eden, North Carolina. She transitioned from this earthly life on Friday, April 11, 2025, at her residence.
She was born on February 02, 1958, to the late Bobby Chaney and Vera Ann Chaney. Patricia was educated in the Rockingham County public school system in North Carolina. She was also of Baptist faith. Patricia was a dedicated employee at Fieldcrest Mills, where she worked in the knitting department for more than twenty years.
During her free time, she enjoyed working on the computer, doing crossword puzzles, and cooking. Patricia treasured the time spent with her family and friends. She was always placing others first before herself, because she loved caring for others. Patricia was greatly loved, and she will be greatly missed.
Mrs. Patricia Chaney Wilson leaves to cherish her precious memories with her beloved husband Herman Wilson of the home; her son Brian Roland, and her grandchild Kathleen Roland both of Eden, North Carolina; two sisters, Karen Chaney of College Park, Maryland, and Deborah Mutchler (Daniel) of St. Leondard, Maryland; her brother Douglas Chaney of Eden, North Carolina; sisters-in-law; brothers-in-law; and a host other loving relatives, and cherished friends.
A viewing for Mrs. Patricia Ann Chaney Wilson will be on Tuesday, April 15, 2025; from 2:00p.m. to 7:00p.m. at Fulton-Walton Memorial Chapel 417 Price Street, Eden, NC.
Graveside service for Mrs. Patricia Ann Chaney Wilson will be conducted at 12 Noon on Wednesday, April 16, 2025; in the Martin, Hampton & Cabiness Family Cemetery 454 Ferrell Lane, Axton VA.
