Ruffin, NC - It is with profound sorrow that we announce the death of Ms. Carolyn Delores Herbin 59 of 470 Green Pasture Lane, in Ruffin, North Carolina. She passed away on Saturday, May 30, 2026, at Sovah Health in Danville, Virginia.

Carolyn, the beloved daughter of the late Herbert Herbin and Elsmer Thornton Herbin, was born on July 05, 1966; in Reidsville, North Carolina.

She attended the local public schools and was a graduate. Being a skilled and talented homemaker Carolyn took pride in overseeing the day-to-day operations of her household. Her favorite pastimes were reading and shopping.

In addition to her parents, Carolyn was preceded in death by her beloved grandson Trayshawn Herbin; her two brothers Michael Herbin, and Ronnie Herbin.

Ms. Carolyn Delores Herbin leaves to cherish her memories with her two daughters Tabitha Herbin of Ruffin, North Carolina, and Samara Herbin of Danville, Virginia; her son Geoffrey Herbin of Danville, Virginia; her three sisters Cheryl Dukes of Texas, Donna Herbin of Yanceyville, North Carolina, and Gloria Minor of Durham, North Carolina; her four brothers John Pass (Elder Ella Pass) of Reidsville, North Carolina, Terry Herbin (Kathy), Victor Herbin (Joyce) all of Timberlake, North Carolina, and Roy Herbin of Florida; her five grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other loving relatives, and many cherished friends.

A Public viewing for Ms. Carolyn Delores Herbin will be on Saturday, June 06, 2026; from 10:00a.m. to 1:00p.m. in the John and Juanita S. Fulton Memorial Chapel of Fulton-Walton Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
