Ms. Joann Stokes

Reidsville, NC - It is with profound sorrow that we announce the death of Ms. Joann Stokes of Reidsville, North Carolina. She passed away on Sunday, July 7, 2024; at Authora Care Hospice Home in Burlington, North Carolina.

Joann was the daughter of the late Frank Stokes Sr. and Helen Steven Stokes, was born on January 06, 1955, in Rockingham, County.

Joann’s disability did not stop her from displaying love for those who knew her.

In addition to her parents, Joann was preceded in death by her two sisters, Mary Stokes Lane and Patricia Hilderbrand; her four brothers, Frank Stokes, Jr., Willie Edward Stokes, Jerry Stokes, and Larry Stokes.

Ms. Joann Stokes leaves to cherish her memories with her siblings, Myra Stokes and Gary Wayne Stokes both of Reidsville, North Carolina; and a host other loving relatives, and friends.

Graveside Services for Ms. Joann Stokes will be conducted at 3:00pm on Thursday, July 11, 2024, at Greenview Cemetery in Reidsville, North Carolina.
