Greensboro, NC - It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Ms. Kenya Milton, age 38, of 31 C Woodstream Lane, Greensboro, North Carolina. She passed away on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at Hock Family Pavilion Hospice Facility in Durham, North Carolina.
Kenya, the daughter of James M. Millner and Mia Milton, was born on December 14, 1986, in Eden, North Carolina. Her late paternal grandparents, James A. Millner and Linda Keen Millner, took great delight in raising Kenya.
She received her former education from Rockingham County Public Schools and was a graduate of Morehead High School in Eden, North Carolina.
Kenya was employed at Ralph Lauren Warehouse in High Point, North Carolina, and she was a member of Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church in Eden, North Carolina.
She was a fun and loving person who enjoyed making others laugh. Kenya especially enjoyed spending time with her children, along with her family and friends.
Her paternal grandparents, James A. Millner and Linda Keen Millner; her maternal grandparents, Ronald Milton and Mildred Milton; and one brother, Olajuwon Milton, preceded Kenya in death.
Ms. Kenya Milton leaves to cherish her memory her two daughters, Aniya Simms and Alayiah Milton; her three sons, Rontrel Valentine, Santiago Holmes, and Santana Holmes; her mother, Mia Milton; her father, James M. Millner (Jacqueline); three sisters, Ariana Hairston, Kendra Milton, and Jasmine Harris; six brothers, Tiger Hairston, Bryson Hairston, Demarcus Penn, Hercules Harris, Aaron Marriott, and Joshua Wilson; and a host of nieces, nephews, other loving relatives, and many cherished friends.
Public viewing for Ms. Kenya Milton will be on Wednesday, June 11, 2025; from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Fulton-Walton Memorial Eden Chapel; 417 Price Street, Eden, NC.
Funeral Services for Ms. Kenya Milton will be conducted at 1:00pm on Thursday, June 12, 2025; at Fulton-Walton Memorial Eden Chapel; 417 Price Street, Eden, NC. Reverend Carl Millner will deliver the Words of Comfort.
Interment will follow at Hamlin Cemetery in Eden, NC.
