Eden, NC - It is with profound sorrow we announce the death of Ms. Shanika  Diane Penn 37, of  738 Morgan Rd. Apt. A  Eden, NC, who passed away Thursday, June 12, 2025, in Reidsville, NC.

Shanika was the daughter of Timothy Jerome Clark and Shelby Milton born December 25, 1987 in Eden, NC.

She was preceded in death by one brother, Matthew Milton; grandparents, Mildred Milton and Ronald Milton, Ladi Mae Bethel and Preston Clark.

 Shanika leaves to cherish her memories are mother, Shelby Milton of Eden, NC; father, Timothy Clark of Reidsville, NC; five sons, Qashawn Milton, Jahoir's Penn, Joseph Penn all of Reidsville, NC, Elijah Herbin and Kyson Herbin both of Raleigh, NC; two daughters, Mariah Milton and Christiana Mitchell both of Reidsville, NC; two brothers, Anthony Tinsley ( Gianna ) of Rockingham, NC and  Timothy Glass of Eden, NC one sister, Caneika Tinsley Hunter ( Quail ) of Richmond, Va.;  nieces; nephews; aunts; uncles  other relatives and friends.

Public viewing for Ms. Shanika Diane Penn will be on Friday, June 28, 2025; from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Fulton-Walton Memorial Chapel 417 Price Street, Eden, NC.

Funeral Services for Ms. Shanika Diane Penn will be conducted at 1:00pm on Saturday, June 28, 2025; at Fulton-Walton Memorial Chapel 417 Price Street, Eden, NC. 

Interment will follow at Hamlin Cemetery in Eden, NC.
