Yanceyville, NC - It is with profound sorrow we announce the death of Mrs. Ola R. Ratliff of 4006 Hodges Dairy Rd., who passed away Saturday, June 20, 2020 at her residence.
She was a native of Caswell County, NC, the daughter of the late James Wagstaff and Geneva Crisco Wagstaff Murray, born March 28, 1936. She worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant before retirement.
She was a member of Word of Faith Church in Milton, NC
She was preceded in death by her husband, Willard Ratliff; one daughter, Cynthia Watlington; three grandchildren, Tara Robinson, Maro McLean and Bryson Southern.
Her survivors are, four daughters, Mary Robertson and Beverly Pinchback of Yanceyville, NC, Brenda Hughes of Pelham, NC and Swannie Thomas of Asheboro, NC; three sons, James Robertson (Olivia) of Yanceyville, Anthony Robertson (Yolanda) of Burlington, NC and Richard Robertson (Jennifer) of South Carolina; stepson, Rodney Stewart of Milton, NC; two sisters, Mary Jean Poole of Yanceyville, NC and Elizabeth Kernodle of Danville, VA; one brother, Rev. George Murray (Hattie) of Burlington, NC; 25 grandchildren; 40 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; Special Friend, Pauline Brown of Yanceyville, NC.
*Due to the constraints of public gatherings during the COVID-19 outbreak a viewing will be held on Friday , June 26, 2020 from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm in the Juanita S. Fulton Memorial Chapel of Fulton-Walton Funeral Home with a limit of 10 people at a time. Please remember to follow CDC guidelines with everyone wearing protective gloves and masks. * Masks are required to enter the building.
Graveside Service will be Saturday, June 27, 2020 2:00 pm at Word of Faith Church Cemetery, Milton, NC.
