Yanceyville, NC - It is with profound sorrow we announce the passing of Ms. Pauline Dillard Hardy of Yanceyville, NC, who passed away Wednesday, December 21, 2022, in the Yanceyville Health & Rehab. Center in Yanceyville, NC.
She was the daughter of the late Forest Dillard and Elizabeth Hairston Dillard, born December 20, 1943, in Danville, VA. She was a member of Zion Gates Holiness Church.
Ms. Pauline and a CNA before retirement.
She was preceded in death by her husband Willie L Hardy Sr.; two sisters, Mageline Frances and Tresa Motley; five brothers, John, Payton, Paul, Bro, and Nelson Dillard.
Pauline leaves to cherish her memory, one son, Willie L. Hardy Jr. (Elisha) of Kyle Texas; two daughters, Tamara Hardy of Danville, VA., and Sherry Hardy of Yanceyville, NC.; one brother, Melvin Dillard of Delaware; one sister, Connie Motley of Ruffin, NC; grandchildren; great grandchildren; sisters-in-law; other relatives and friends.
A viewing for Ms. Pauline Dillard Hardy will be Thursday, December 29, 2022, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM in the John & Juanita S. Fulton Memorial Chapel of Fulton-Walton Funeral Home.
Funeral services for Ms. Pauline Dillard Hardy will be Friday, December 30, 2022, 2:30 PM in the John & Juanita S. Fulton Memorial Chapel of Fulton-Walton Funeral Home.
Interment will follow at Yanceyville Municipal Cemetery, Yanceyville, NC.
