Greensboro, NC - It is with profound sorrow we announce the death of Mr. Robert Walter Dunston 79, affectionately known as "Bobby" of 7051 W.  Friendly Ave. Unit K, Greensboro, NC, who passed away, Wednesday, July 20, 2022 in the Moses Cone Memorial Hospital, Greensboro, NC.

Bobby was born in Henderson, NC, the son of the late Robert Ellis Dunston and Myrtle Scott Dunston.

Bobby leaves to cherish his memories to his wife, Shirley Dunston of the home; two daughters, Tara Nicole Dunston of Greensboro, NC, and Melinda K. Turner-Young of Miami, Florida; four granddaughters; Brianna Gaines of Rockville, Maryland, Talani Gaines, Greensboro, NC, Nina Young and Ella Young of Miami, Florida; one brother-in-law, Harry Poteat of Danville, Virginia; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A Memorial Service for Mr. Robert Walter "Bobby" Dunston will be held at a later date.
