Roger Robinson

Yanceyville, NC – It is with profound sorrow that we announce the death of Mr. Roger Robinson of 193 Cook Road, Yanceyville NC 27379 who passed away on November 20, 2022; at Duke Medical Center in Durham, NC.

Roger was the son of Mrs. Doretha Robinson; born on August 07,1959; in Caswell County, North Carolina. He was of the Baptist Faith. Mr. Robinson was employed with the Department of Transportation prior to his retirement. Roger loved fishing, hunting, and gardening.

In addition to his mother, Roger was preceded in death by his wife, Mrs. Charlotte Brown Robinson; and one brother Michael Robinson.

Mr. Roger Robinson leaves to cherish his memories to his son: Rosten Robinson of Danville, VA; his stepson: Rontae Brown of Missouri; his sister: Dr. Shirley Thomas (Dr. Clarence) of Richmond, VA; his brother, Carlton Robinson of Yanceyville NC; his aunt: Gracie Robinson of Yanceyville, NC; his two nieces: Dr. Claire Thomas, and  Dr. Candice Thomas both of Richmond, VA; one granddaughter: Brynlynn Nicole Robinson; and a host of other relatives, and friends.

A viewing for Mr. Roger Robinson will be Friday, November 25, 2022, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm in the John & Juanita S. Fulton Memorial Chapel of Fulton-Walton Funeral Home.

Funeral Services for Mr. Roger Robinson will be Saturday, at 1:00 pm November 26, 2022, at the Providence Baptist Church, in Yanceyville, NC; where Pastor Reginald Coleman will deliver the words of comfort.

Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
