Milton, NC—It is with profound sorrow we announce the death of Mrs. Teresa Sims Southern of 9169 NC Highway 62 North, Milton, NC, who passed away on Sunday, May 7, 2023, at her residence.

She was a native of Caswell County, NC the daughter of the late James L Sims and Odessa Medley Sims, born February 25, 1962 . 

She was a homemaker.

Her survivors are husband, Donnie Southern of the home; one son, Courtney Lamont Sims of Stafford, VA.; one brother, John Sims ( Rosa ) of Virginia; two sisters, Lola Sims and Odessa Henderson both of Virginia; mother-in-law, Juanita Brim ( Willie ) of Milton, NC; sisters-in-law; brothers-in-law; nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends.
