William D Warren

Yanceyville, NC - It is with profound sorrow we announce the death of Mr. William D. Warren 93, of 140 Mary Jane Bigelow Road, Yanceyville, North Carolina, who passed away Thursday, October 7, 2021 in the Alamance Regional Medical Center, Burlington, North Carolina.

Mr. William was born on December 15, 1927 to the late John Warren and Mary Daye Warren in Caswell County, North Carolina (A native).

Mr. William was a member of Allen's Chapel Baptist Church in Prospect Hill, North Carolina.

Mr. William retired from Centenary United Methodist Church in Greensboro, North Carolina as a custodian.

Mr. William’s favorite pastimes were gardening, yardwork, and especially working in his woodshop.

In addition to his parents, Mr. William was preceded in death by   his wife Edna Poole Warren; six sisters, Ollie Mae Pinnix, Beatrice Evans, Luisa Warren, Ruth Haith, Sallie Ingram and Mittie Fuller; three brothers, James “Duck” Monroe Daye, Jes Daye, and John “Tobby” Warren.

Mr. William D. Warren leaves to cherish his memories to his   one daughter, Jacklyn Warren of Yanceyville, North Carolina; one son, Christopher Williams (Michelle) of Charlotte, North Carolina; grandchildren, Cedric Williamson (Carrie) of Yanceyville, North Carolina, Chloe Graves of Raleigh, North Carolina, Shania Haynes of Charlotte, North Carolina, Osvaldo “Duece” Haynes of Charlotte, North Carolina; one great granddaughter, Emery Williamson of Yanceyville, North Carolina; a host of nieces; nephews; other loving relatives, and friends.

Due to the constraints of public gatherings during the COVID-19 outbreak a viewing will be Friday, October 15, 2021 from 12p.m. to 1 p.m. in the Juanita S. Fulton Memorial Chapel of Fulton-Walton Funeral Home before funeral service.

Funeral Services for Mr. William D. Warren will be Friday, October 15, 2021 1:00 PM in the Juanita S. Fulton Memorial Chapel of Fulton-Walton Funeral Home.
